В статті розглянуто сучасні технології прийняття ефективних управлінських рішень як фактор успішності організації. Наведено актуальність формулювань щодо важливості та значущості системи прийняття управлінських рішень в успішності діяльності організації. Зображено актуальність інноваційності при прийнятті управлінських рішень. Виявлено взаємозв’язок між прийняттям управлінських рішень підприємства та показниками ефективність його діяльності. Відображено походження та розвиток дефініції прийняття рішень. Наведено деякі класифікації управлінських рішень та основні елементи цього процесу. Виокремлено атрибути прийняття управлінських рішень та п’ять стовпів організаційної досконалості. Відображено місце та роль теорії ігор в ефективному прийнятті рішень в організації. Доведено, що інноваційні ефективні управлінські рішення відіграють першорядну роль у підтримці організацій та розглядаються як зв’язок між вираженими стратегічними намірами організацій та досягненням стратегічних очікувань.
