ПРАКТИЧНЕ ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ AGILE-МЕТОДОЛОГІЙ: СТРАТЕГІЇ УПРАВЛІННЯ КОМАНДАМИ У НЕВИЗНАЧЕНИХ БІЗНЕС-УМОВАХ

У сучасній бізнес-середовищі, що характеризується високим рівнем невизначеності та стрімкими технологічними трансформаціями, гнучкі методології управління проектами – зокрема Scrum, Kanban та Lean – відіграють ключову роль для забезпечення адаптивності та підвищення ефективності командної роботи. У статті проведено систематичний аналіз практичного застосування зазначених підходів у контексті організацій, що функціонують в умовах високої невизначеності. Розглянуто їх переваги, обмеження та ключові фактори успішного впровадження. Окрему увагу приділено розвитку гібридних моделей управління, що поєднують елементи різних методологій для адаптації до специфіки організаційної культури, типу проектів та стратегічних цілей компаній. Запропоновано адаптивну модель вибору методології залежно від чисельності команди, рівня невизначеності та складності завдань.
