LOGISTICS SUPPORT FOR THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONS IN THE CONTEXT OF THE POST-WAR RECONSTRUCTION OF UKRAINE

The relevance of the study is determined by the need for logistics support for the economic development of the regions of Ukraine. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the theoretical foundations and practical recommendations for logistic support of economic development of regions, taking into account modern challenges and post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. The author's interpretation of the content of the concept of "logistics support for regional development" as a critical component of economic growth, which includes managing the flow of goods, services and information, combining the spheres of production and consumption in the region, which increases regional competitiveness by improving market access, creating jobs and promoting sustainable development through better infrastructure and coordinated efforts. A visual model of the impact of logistics infrastructure on the economic development of Regions has been developed. The directions of influence of logistics support on regional development are determined: economic growth, combining markets and promoting trade, increasing the competitiveness of the region, stimulating job creation, social development, and promoting regional balance. The interdependence between the share of capital investments in logistics activities and the share of GDP in the total total by region in 2023 is shown: the correlation coefficient approaches unity (R2 = 0.976391), that is, the relationship between variables is 97.6%. Based on the analysis of the indicator of the share of business entities in the logistics sector in the total number by region. and the indicator of the share of employed population by region in total employment in 2024. it was found that the regions with the best developed logistics have the highest level of total employment of the region's population. Key aspects of logistics support for the economic development of the regions of Ukraine are identified: infrastructure development; integration of innovative technologies for cargo transportation and handling; support for logistics companies; government policy and trade agreements; personnel support; financial and economic mechanisms; regulatory support; sustainable development initiatives.
