DEVELOPMENT OF INTELLECTUAL INNOVATIONS IN THE FACE OF MODERN CHALLENGES

The article focuses on identifying the features of the development of intellectual innovations in the face of modern challenges. It is substantiated that in modern economic conditions, the development of the intellectual and innovative component is becoming particularly relevant, which enhances the processes of digitalization of society by strengthening the implementation of information and communication technologies in sectors of the economy. These processes are becoming more active in the context of the global information challenges of our time. It is emphasized that the development of intellectual innovations is determined by innovations that are based on intellectual abilities with existing cognitive and perceptual skills, creative and imaginative thinking, innovative and economic knowledge. At the same time, they include a number of innovative, information and communication technologies and scientifically based management approaches that make it possible to intensify the process of implementing innovative projects. The phased approach to the technological implementation of intellectual and innovative implementations is outlined. In general, the development of intellectual innovations contributes to social progress, increasing the level of competitiveness of business entities, and solving problematic issues of socio-economic and environmental development of humanity. It is noted that the introduction of intellectual innovations and the latest technologies will contribute to the economic development of the country and its regions, having a significant impact on ensuring the competitiveness of business entities, making it possible to solve socio-economic and environmental problems of social development, forming a comfortable living environment for humans. In addition, approaches to activating and improving the level of education and culture based on innovative teaching methods using modern technologies are gaining importance.
