MANAGEMENT OF INVESTMENT ACTIVITIES OF ENTERPRISES IN CONDITIONS OF UNCERTAINTY: RISKS AND CHALLENGES

The formation of the investment climate of Ukraine in recent years has been taking place in uncertain conditions of political reforms and military conflict. That is why the development and implementation of new means of economic regulation of the management of investment activities of enterprises of Ukraine, as a driving force of development, is of great importance. In order to determine the principles of investment activities and the investment climate in Ukraine, the current legislation of Ukraine has been analyzed and ways have been proposed to create, improve and stabilize the investment climate for the possibility of attracting more investments. The article highlights the state and prospects of managing the investment activities of enterprises of Ukraine in conditions of uncertainty of financial and economic relations. The conceptual basis of investment issues within the framework of the functioning of enterprises in conditions of uncertainty has been clarified. highlighting the state and prospects of investing in the entrepreneurial activities of enterprises of Ukraine in conditions of uncertainty. It has been established that the economy of Ukraine as a result of military aggression in 2022 decreased, which was the largest drop since independence. Long-term destruction of the infrastructure of industry, infrastructure facilities, transport, energy facilities; significant loss of export markets as a result of the destruction of airport infrastructure and cargo and passenger fleet; blocked sea routes; supercritical mass migration of the working-age population and a decrease in consumer demand. Investors, in turn, felt such risks as the destruction of assets, uncertainty, currency fluctuations, the onset of force majeure circumstances, an increase in risk insurance rates, a drop in foreign direct investment due to high security threats. A study of the country's investment environment was conducted, the main problems of investment activity were considered, theoretical knowledge was systematized and deepened, and an analysis of the theoretical foundations of the formation of the investment climate in Ukraine was carried out. A toolkit and mechanisms for promising changes in the investment climate of the economy of Ukraine and the Zaporizhia region were proposed.
