PECULIARITIES OF TEAM FORMATION AND MANAGEMENT IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The relevance of the study is that the effectiveness of project activities directly depends on the professionalism and cohesion of the team, which makes human factor management a critical task, globalization and the spread of remote collaboration formats create additional challenges for ensuring effective communication, motivation and team cohesion. The purpose of the article is to study the features of team formation and management in project management, to identify key factors that affect the effectiveness of teamwork, and to search for approaches and methodological tools that ensure increased project performance. The problem of the study is that the issues of adapting existing methodologies to different areas of activity, team management in remote work, integration of cultural and intergenerational diversity, and the development of new tools for measuring the effectiveness of team interaction remain unresolved. This confirms the need for further research and the search for innovative management solutions. Modern scientific approaches and publications devoted to the issues of team formation and management in project management are analyzed. Key factors that influence the effectiveness of project teams in different conditions (traditional, remote, hybrid) are identified. Problematic aspects and unresolved issues in the field of team dynamics management, motivation and communication are investigated. Directions for improving approaches to team formation and management are substantiated, taking into account modern challenges and trends in the development of project management. The paper considers the features of team formation and management in project management. The main approaches to personnel selection, distribution of roles and responsibilities are determined, and methods of effective communication within the framework of project activities are outlined. To enhance the effectiveness of project teams, it is essential to integrate modern management methods, ensure effective communication and motivation among team members, and adapt management strategies to the specific characteristics and conditions of each project.
