METHODOLOGICAL TOOLKIT OF INDUSTRIAL MANAGEMENT AS A FACTOR OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the methodological tools of industrial management, which are being formed under the influence of digital transformation and global challenges of our time. The purpose of the article is to summarize current trends in the development of methodological tools of industrial management with an emphasis on the integration of the concepts of Lean Six Sigma, Industry 4.0 and digital twins, as well as to identify key problems and prospects for further research in this area. As a result of the study, the features of the integration of Lean Six Sigma with digital technologies of Industry 4.0 in the context of production process management were determined. The role of digital twins as an innovative tool for increasing the efficiency of industrial management was investigated. The main unresolved problems of implementing the latest methodological approaches in industrial enterprises are outlined. Promising directions of development and improvement of the methodological tools of industrial management are formulated. The emphasis is placed on the study of a system of methods, models and technologies that ensure effective management of industrial enterprises in conditions of dynamic changes in the external environment. It is substantiated that a promising direction for improving the methodological tools is the combination of traditional management technologies with digital platforms, artificial intelligence and big data tools. This will contribute to increasing the competitiveness of industrial enterprises, ensuring their sustainable development and forming a new management paradigm. The methodological tools of industrial management as a factor of sustainable development are that it provides effective planning, organization and control of production processes taking into account economic, environmental and social aspects. The use of modern methods (Lean Six Sigma, digital analytics, risk management, controlling) contributes to reducing resource and energy costs, minimizing waste, improving product quality and competitiveness of enterprises. This creates conditions for long-term economic stability, environmental safety and social responsibility of business, which is the basis of sustainable development.
