THE INFLUENCE OF DIGITALIZATION ON INSTITUTIONAL AND INFRASTRUCTURE CHANGES OF THE ECONOMY

The article considers the essential characteristics of digitalization and describes its impact on institutional change and the formation of new elements of market infrastructure. The model of institutional change is described and it is defined how digitalization affects the adaptive potential of the institutional system. The directions of further changes are outlined and the necessity of modernization of digital strategy of economic development is substantiated.
