Abstract

The implementation of strategies involves the use of a system of tools aimed at achieving goals. It is important to understand the analytical capabilities of different models, as it allows you to optimize the entire system of strategic management. The purpose of the study was to develop approaches to the effective organization of analytical support for strategic decision-making based on the justification of the place of strategic analysis in the system of strategic management of the enterprise. The system of strategic analysis is aimed at studying the state of environmental factors. The results of the analysis of these factors are the basis of plans aimed at developing the strengths and capabilities of the enterprise on the one hand, and to neutralize the weaknesses and minimize threats - on the other. The external environment is formed as a result of complex interaction of a set of factors. It includes social factors, economic factors, technological factors, legal factors, environmental factors, political factors. The study of the place of strategic analysis in the system of strategic management of the enterprise allowed to identify areas for effective organization of the system of analytical support for strategic decision-making. Analytical possibilities of strategic management models are highlighted, tasks and objects of analysis are specified according to the types of strategies implemented by the enterprise. Taking into account these aspects in the organization of strategic analysis allows more effective provision of information needs of strategic management.
