DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN INNOVATIVE ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract

Innovative entrepreneurship and a high level of assimilation of information resources are necessary conditions for the existence of a modern market economy, the key aspects of which are not companies oriented towards specific types of products, but innovative organizations employing motivated and creative workers who can independently analyze a large flow of information. This significantly changes the perception of management methods in modern organizations. The function of human resource management becomes a tool for long-term organizational strategy, creating specific conditions that would develop and realize the best qualities of employees. For this, the development of the creative potential of the personnel is required, which, in turn, makes the practice of human resource management an integrative element between the innovation process, production, creativity, and learning. All this leads to a change in the approach to human resource management in innovative organizations, as it is impossible to manage creative intellectual employees using traditional methods. During the task of determining the scientific and methodological foundations of human resource management in innovative organizations, factors and conceptual aspects of human resource management relevant to the specificity of innovative organizations were identified and substantiated. The main differences in human resource management methods between traditional organizations and innovative ones were formulated. These differences are determined by the development of employees' creative potential, predominant use of target groups to solve problems, democratization of management, stimulation of employees' innovative activities, creation of an atmosphere of mutual trust, utilization of organizational learning, and so on. The analysis of human resource management issues in innovative organizations allowed identifying key directions for improving human resource management in different types of organizations.
