The development of public infrastructure and the provision of related services is an important prerequisite for post-war reconstruction and the establishment of a basis for Ukraine's economic growth based on sustainable development. It is widely known that an investor will invest only where there is a developed basic infrastructure in the form of roads, airports, seaports, communications, railways, etc. Also, creating the necessary conditions for attracting capital investments will also influence the formation of an attractive investment climate. The need for renewal and development of public infrastructure facilities is due to their high degree of non-compliance with the requirements of today and wear and tear, as well as destruction during hostilities. The article is devoted to the problem of using cooperation between the state and private business in the form of a public-private partnership (PPP) in the field of development of the state's infrastructure complex. In particular, the current state of public infrastructure of the state is analyzed, the factors of its future development are determined. The need to attract private business resources in the form of public-private partnership is substantiated, and the characteristics of such a form of cooperation are also provided. The advantages that can be obtained as a result of the involvement of the mechanism of cooperation in the form of PPPs in the development of the country's infrastructure are studied. The practice of using public-private partnership as a tool for infrastructure renewal and reconstruction is presented.
