НАЦІОНАЛЬНА ІДЕНТИЧНІСТЬ АВСТРІЇ ТА НІМЕЧЧИНИ У ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННІ НАЦІОНАЛЬНОЇ ТА МІЖНАРОДНОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ

У статті досліджено роль національної ідентичності у забезпеченні національної та міжнародної безпеки на прикладі Австрії та Німеччини в умовах сучасних глобальних і геополітичних трансформацій. Метою дослідження є визначення особливостей формування національної ідентичності обох країн та обґрунтування її взаємозв’язку із суспільною згуртованістю, інституційною й економічною стійкістю, а також із безпековою спроможністю держав. Автором розглянуто національну ідентичність як комплексний соціально-економічний феномен і як стратегічний нематеріальний ресурс держави. Проаналізовано особливості формування національної ідентичності Австрії та Німеччини, вплив історичних, інституційних і соціально-економічних чинників на її сучасний зміст, а також роль європейської інтеграції та глобалізації в трансформації моделей ідентифікації. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у системному розгляді національної ідентичності як стратегічного чинника національної безпеки, який через механізми суспільної згуртованості, інституційної довіри та економічної стійкості впливає на здатність держави зберігати стратегічну спроможність в умовах нестабільності. Практичне значення отриманих результатів полягає у можливості їхнього використання під час формування державної політики у сферах національної безпеки, соціальної інтеграції, економічної стійкості та стратегічного розвитку. Порівняльний досвід Австрії та Німеччини може бути використаний для визначення інструментів зміцнення внутрішньої стійкості держави без протиставлення національної ідентичності процесам європейської та міжнародної інтеграції. У результаті дослідження встановлено, що національна ідентичність в умовах сучасних безпекових викликів може бути важливим нематеріальним ресурсом державної стійкості. Виявлено, що спільною для Австрії та Німеччини є необхідність поєднання національної ідентичності з ширшими європейськими та демократичними цінностями, тоді як відмінності в історичному досвіді та інституційних моделях зумовлюють специфіку відповідних ідентифікаційних процесів.
