НАРЦИСИЧНЕ ЛІДЕРСТВО ЯК ДЕТЕРМІНАНТА ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНОЇ ПОВЕДІНКИ, КУЛЬТУРИ ТА ЕТИЧНОГО КЛІМАТУ

Досліджено вплив нарцисичного лідерства на організаційну поведінку, трансформацію організаційної культури та етичного клімату підприємства. Обґрунтовано доцільність розгляду нарцисичного лідерства як чинника системних змін організаційного середовища. Систематизовано основні поведінкові прояви нарцисичного керівника, реакції працівників та пов’язані з ними організаційні наслідки. Розкрито механізм впливу нарцисичного лідерства через взаємозв’язок поведінки керівника, поведінкової адаптації працівників, групових процесів, трансформації організаційних норм і цінностей. Визначено передумови формування культури страху, звинувачення та пристосування, що супроводжуються зниженням довіри, відкритості й співпраці. Проаналізовано вплив толерування неетичної поведінки, маніпулювання інформацією та перекладання відповідальності на організаційну доброчесність і етичний клімат. Запропоновано авторський підхід до систематизації трансформаційного впливу нарцисичного лідерства на організаційне середовище та обґрунтовано необхідність раннього виявлення пов’язаних із ним організаційних ризиків.
