Developing the transfer potential of agroholding logistics centers requires coordinated management of infrastructure, digital technologies, and partnerships. War-related risks and unstable transport routes increase the need for a comprehensive assessment of opportunities to use available resources. Particular importance is attached to the ability of logistics centers to maintain material flows, data exchange, and coordination among supply chain participants under changing operating conditions. The study focuses on modeling the relationships between underlying logistics capacity, managerial activation, and risk exposure. Its purpose is to develop a model for integrated management of transfer potential development, aimed at identifying opportunities for improvement and selecting areas for managerial intervention. A combination of the systems approach, economic and mathematical modeling, and composite assessment provides the methodological foundation for examining digital integration, multimodal flexibility, partnership interaction, and institutional alignment. Attention is focused on the relationship between the physical capacity of a logistics center and management’s ability to ensure its utilization. Particular consideration is given to route, infrastructure, and procedural risks, as well as threats to product quality and preservation. The temporal dimension of the study encompasses the cumulative effects of managerial interventions and changes in transfer capabilities under external constraints. Materials from Kernel, Astarta, and Nibulon provide the basis for examining the information required for assessment and interpreting opportunities for further development. The practical focus of the study lies in providing analytical support for selecting managerial priorities for modernizing logistics centers, developing digital systems, diversifying routes, and enhancing resilience. This perspective addresses the needs of strategic planning and the justification of investment decisions in agroholdings.
