INNOVATIVE APPROACHES TO MANAGEMENT OF FINANCIAL SECURITY OF ENTERPRISES

The article explores innovative approaches to managing the financial security of enterprises in the context of contemporary economic instability, globalization, and digital transformation. Financial security is considered a critical component of overall economic security, ensuring the protection of financial interests, solvency, and resilience against internal and external threats. The study emphasizes the importance of integrating modern digital technologies, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems, big data analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI), to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial decision-making, optimize resource allocation, and increase transparency in financial activities. The research highlights the significance of a risk-oriented approach, which allows for systematic identification, assessment, and monitoring of potential threats, providing the foundation for proactive management and strategic planning. Particular attention is paid to financial controlling as a central mechanism for coordinating planning, analysis, and monitoring processes, forming a unified information and analytical environment for informed decision-making. The paper demonstrates that the adoption of innovative tools and technologies supports the transition from reactive to proactive management, enables predictive analysis of financial risks, and ensures timely responses to changes in the external and internal environment. Furthermore, the study emphasizes the necessity of developing long-term and flexible financial security strategies that align with the enterprise’s mission, strategic goals, and opportunities for innovation-driven growth. The findings contribute both theoretical insights and practical recommendations for enterprises seeking to modernize their financial security management systems, enhance competitiveness, and maintain sustainable development in rapidly changing and uncertain economic conditions. The article underscores that comprehensive implementation of these innovative approaches not only strengthens the financial stability of enterprises but also facilitates their adaptability, resilience, and capacity for long-term strategic development.
