STRATEGY FOR DEVELOPING THE RESOURCE POTENTIAL OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES AND THEIR ASSOCIATIONS: ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC ASPECTS

The article substantiates the theoretical and methodological foundations for forming a strategy to develop the resource potential of agricultural enterprises and their associations within an organizational and economic framework. The expediency of this study is driven by the need to enhance the competitiveness of Ukraine’s agricultural sector amidst wartime challenges, post-war recovery, and European integration transformations. Scientific approaches to interpreting the essence of resource potential are synthesized, its structural components are identified, and the specifics of their integration under modern economic conditions are defined. Furthermore, the study analyzes the particularities of ensuring the development of agricultural enterprises' resource potential across the core strategic components, including analytical, organizational, economic, innovative-technological, human resources, environmental, and risk management dimensions. A comparative analysis of resource potential development models for individual agricultural enterprises versus business associations was conducted. This analysis revealed the advantages of integrated business forms, specifically synergy effects, reduced transactional costs, risk distribution, and enhanced investment capacity. The study further substantiates the expediency of implementing innovative-technological solutions and "green" investments as tools for modernizing the material and technical base, increasing energy efficiency, and ensuring the sustainable development of agricultural enterprises. The structural components of a resource potential development strategy are proposed, encompassing analytical, organizational, economic, innovative-technological, personnel, environmental, and risk-oriented elements. It is demonstrated that the comprehensive implementation of these components establishes the prerequisites for the long-term resilience of agricultural enterprises and their associations, as well as their seamless integration into the European economic area.
