Aims and Objectives

Scientific Journal of Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University. Economics is a national publication intended for specialists conducting theoretical and applied research into issues of economic theory and the history of economic thought, international economic relations, the economy and management of the national economy, business economics and management, regional economics, finance and credit, accounting, analysis and auditing, and economic-mathematical modelling, enabling the academic community to familiarise itself with the research findings of economists.

The aim of this academic journal is to promote the development of economic science and enhance the quality of academic research by publishing the results of original theoretical and applied research in the fields of economic theory, national economic management, international economic relations, regional economics, finance, accounting, management, marketing, as well as economic and mathematical modelling, which reveal the essence of economic phenomena and address pressing societal issues using economic tools. The journal aims to provide a platform for the exchange of scientific ideas, the promotion of innovative approaches to solving economic issues, and the fostering of professional dialogue among academics, researchers and practitioners in the field of economics, as well as to facilitate their integration into the global academic community.

Objectives: to publish high-quality research by ensuring a rigorous peer-review process and selecting articles that meet the standards of a Category B academic journal, with a view to presenting the latest research findings in the field of economic sciences; to foster interdisciplinary dialogue by creating opportunities for knowledge exchange among researchers working in various fields of economic science; to support young researchers; to integrate into the international academic community by ensuring the journal’s indexing in leading international databases and catalogues to enhance the visibility of Ukrainian researchers’ work at a global level; promoting economic science and disseminating knowledge about contemporary economic processes, trends and methods among the wider academic community, practitioners and stakeholders; developing regional economic research; ensuring accessibility and openness by providing free access to the journal’s archive via its official website to ensure the transparency and accessibility of scientific information.
