Розвиток трансферного потенціалу логістичних центрів агрохолдингів потребує узгодженого управління інфраструктурою, цифровими технологіями та партнерськими зв’язками. Воєнні ризики й нестабільність транспортних маршрутів посилюють потребу в комплексному оцінюванні можливостей використання наявних ресурсів. Дослідження присвячене моделюванню взаємозв’язків між базовою логістичною спроможністю, управлінською активізацією та ризиковим навантаженням. Поєднання системного підходу й економіко-математичного моделювання становить методичну основу розгляду цифрової інтеграції, мультимодальної гнучкості та інституційної узгодженості. На матеріалах Kernel, Astarta та Nibulon розглядаються питання оцінювання трансферних можливостей і резервів їх розвитку. Практична спрямованість дослідження полягає в аналітичному забезпеченні вибору управлінських пріоритетів щодо модернізації логістичних центрів і підвищення їхньої стійкості.
