У статті досліджено теоретико-методичні засади управління та адміністрування людського капіталу у сільському підприємництві в контексті ESG-підходів. Обґрунтовано, що людський капітал є стратегічним чинником конкурентоспроможності, адаптивності та стійкості сільських територій. Визначено ключові механізми інтеграції ESG-принципів у систему управління персоналом і кадрового адміністрування, зокрема стратегічне планування, оцінювання кадрових ризиків, формування екологічно орієнтованих компетентностей, соціально відповідальну кадрову політику та партнерську взаємодію з громадами. Доведено, що їх реалізація сприяє зміцненню кадрового потенціалу, підвищенню результативності підприємництва та забезпеченню стійкого розвитку територій. Акцентовано значення інституційної підтримки й територіальної стійкості в умовах сучасних викликів.
